Through a partnership with the Green Restaurant Association and a variety of socially-minded programs and initiatives, we seek to reduce waste, practice sustainability, and help support and improve the local communities of which we are a part. We are committed to purchasing ingredients from local and regional sources as a first choice, in an effort to support small and mid-sized American farms.
